Hi folks got a 57 fr tdi had in for service and thought i would check on engine bay afterwards ,feel as if engine top shroud cover is loose, had look under it on left as you look at it it ,looks as if it should have a push in clip on it but only has oval hole in metal support on engine side but black push in clip on shroud ,could someone have a look and see if there is something missing from mine...thank you...bloody dealers cant trust one bloomin mechanic with a simple first service...cheers.

 Hi matey yea should have round rubber lug that it just clips into ,they not great fit but does the job if you can just go back to your dealer and ask for them or post them to you good luck:D

Mine have broken too, there are several of them.
My original ones were a plastic but the replacements bought from seremotors are rubber and much better. I am guessing that the design has been updated as the grommets were poor quality..
They are around 50p each, I can`t remember of hand.

Cheers guys phoned them up to give them some gyp,:censored::censored: took it off myself they have managed to lose one and break another.....feekin mechanic my a***, you wonder what else they have not done correctly??? they said just to pop in and they will refit them??? I suppose the mechanic never noticed the whole bloomin shroud hanging off....notttt. cheers again..
