Loss of power when changing into 3rd?!

Im finding that the car seems to loose power/ sort of hold back a little bit when changing into 3rd gear hard sometimes! Whats causing this?

It does it when changing pretty much at full revs and not letting like??!! Dont think it can be a boost leak because it only does it with a harsh gear change into 3rd. Almost like the clutch is slipping but im sure its not that!?

Does it feel as if its holding back , and then it pulls hard?

feels like its holding back for a bit then it will start to pull again?!?

sods law, mines doing it now? wouldnt boost over 5 psi earlier, then this evenin it was boosting to 17 but only when it it was hard down , holding back! think its the n75, mine has a part number on the side but seat didnt recognise it, has a j at the end?

noticed that when it boosts it boost's up to 17 then drops off then goes bk to 17 before i change??
