Upgrading my lower engine mount, but not sure which one out of these two I need. I have a Leon Cupra 280 2015. Any ideas?

They seem to be very random in which mount is fitted.

Easiest way is to stick your phone on a selfie stick and take a photo of what is fitted - then order the correct insert.

Looking at a Leon 2016 2.0 petrol, I see 5Q0 198 037 for the dog bone mount bush.

2017 seems to be when they changed to 5Q0 198 037F, and then also 5Q0 198 037C with E8T PR code which means "Curpa".

Even the Cupra models have random fitting of the type of mount.

The only way to be sure which mount you need is to look at the one you have fitted.

They don't fit parts at random!
Parts dependent on date ranges, engine codes & PR codes - but agree best to double check what's actually fitted to the car.

Having spent time in Martorell installing assembly tools and observing the line in operation - they use whatever kanban bin is put beside them.

I have neither a selfie stick, ramps or access to ramps, seriously! I’ll find a way.

I watched a couple of guys do it this way.

Put the phone on a piece of cardboard just in front of the car - set it to record a video - drive forwards over the phone.

Sorry - why no help?
That confirms the exact part number! The same one I said.

If you read ALL of the power flex website - where I presume your image is from? - they also have your part number linked to 5Q0 198 037A

This is also a photo of 5Q0198037 - and they also confirm a supersession to 5Q0198037A

Dam - pity I never got a Cupra engine in my TDI! ;)
I too have worked in several car manufacturing plants - and guarantee they don't just use any old bin of parts.

There's no need for a selfie stick.
Lie down on the ground by either front door.
Hold camera in hand so you can tap the screen to take the shot.
Stretch out arm and take the shot.
Job done.

Just did mine right now.

They haven’t stated whether it’s shape A or B.

Technically, that’s a lower mount insert, not a full new upgraded mount. But yes, judging by your picture, it looks like version 1. Mine was different and it was version 2
