We have HUGE speed bumps on our estate. I barely get over them as standard never mind lowered.

unsure how much mine is actually lowered by but cant physically go any lower!

I've got some other wheels but are currently getting one refurbed which have lower profile tyres which sits me an extra 5mm+ lower
 
Yeah was all quite easy, if you look at the instructions on dieselgeeks site its pretty helpful.

I think it was about £280 all in. But that was a while back when the exchange rate was still good, not sure about now.....
 
when you LCR boys are taliking about 20mm lower have you achieved this with 40mm springs n shocks. If so, i know you get 20/25mm drop from this, has this caused any one probs sump wise or is this when you start going lower, Nev LCR in particular as i will more than likely go down the route you went down, i.e springs only
 
Looking at Si's car, i'd say that he is -30/35mm lower than the OEM LCR suspension (ie: -50/55mm lower than a normal LEON).

Buying -20mm springs for an LCR wouldn't lower it at all, just make it a little stiffer. For a 20mm drop then get some -40mm springs :)
