lowering springs noise

I had that problem in my 2007 Mk2 Leon TFSI and the dealer replaced the strut tops saying they were worn.( Not at my expense of course)

Have my car lowered now on Eibach Sportlines (-50mm) and have this creaking when turning the wheel at low speeds from the passanger side

Anyone know what the root cause and solution for this is?
