B pillar removal due to creaking

Hi all!

I keep getting this creaking/ticking noise comming either from my passenger door or the b pillar. Had a drive with my friend in the passenger side and he says he can hear it comming from the b pillar.

Ive been looking online on how to remove the trim piece on the inside, but some say a full dissasembly of the door sills is needed to remove it properly.
If anyone has any info on how to it would be great.

Sorry I cant help with the B Pillar Trim

But it may be worth double checking its not the seat recline adjustment. Our SEAT Ibiza had an annoying creak and I thought it was the door or the pillar but something was loose actually inside the adjusting wheel, just by turning a little one way or other the creak and rattle was solved.
