lowering springs

i need a set of lowering springs anyone able to reccomend any sets 40mm.for ibiza cupra cheers

I think you will find most people will answer this question in perhaps one of these ways:-

1. Use the Search button
2. Don't get just springs
3. Why not get coilovers
4. Oh and use the search

Something along those lines anyway...

If you do want to go for lowering springs though i think a few people on here have gone for the Cupra R shocks and springs
