bin lookin at lower springs for my lcr id like to drop her 40mm ish cants seam to find any spring and would to b to much for the standard shocks?

iv sin 20mm and 25mm one by h&r and eibach spring sin some say they drop 45mm the fit cupra and cupra r but im i right in thinking tht there drop the cupra 45mm but on a cupra r there drop it more like 20mm as the cupra r is lower then cupra as standard?

any springs u could recormend would b great

By paying no attention to spelling, grammar or punctuation you are showing contempt for us, your audience, forcing us to translate your scribblings into something understandable before we can reply to you.

You can't even be bothered to accept the spellings that the machine offers you. So why should we bother to reply, since you'll probably just ignore us in the same way?

It doesn't have to be text-book perfect, but it does need to be understandable. If you have genuine difficulty in forming coherent sentences there is probably help available somewhere on the internet.
 
lowest springs you can get that i have seen are the weitec 50/40 that i have fitted to my lcr really good quality and imo low enough there is some on ebay at the min only on 50 quid well worth a watch they are 160 new delivered
