lowering springs..

hi i want to buy some lowering springs for my 1.9tdi where is the best place to buy them, i dont have a load of money so i would buy used if possible. whenever i look on ebay there is never any going used :/

If you're going any lower than 30mm, you'll need to be looking at new shocks as well.

tbh only really want a like 30-35 drop as two low isent really practical for work building sites and lowered cars dont mix haha

Damian, if I were to buy those, would you recommend that I also buy new shocks..? I'm tempted

It would depend on the mileage your current dampers have covered but you'd get a better ride quality if you did change the dampers as well.

I have just orderd the wietec once from dmp the ones at the botto
Of the page for my Cupra tdi only 30mm drop but I have heard the ride quilts of them are really good

I've only covered 23k in the Ibiza, so I'm guessing it'd be okay?

Mines lowered 105 on the front and 120 on tbe back and its perfect for our site haha just make sure no bricks are in the way as ice had a couple smack my gearbox lol
