Hi guys, quick question. I can't find 40mm lowering springs here in Ireland. The best thing I found so far has been a 35mm lowering kit by H&R. I also looked up DPM performance in the uk but I'm not so sure on the brand names, now maybe they are a brilliant brand spring. I'm just wondering what has everyone else got in their mk3's? Mines a 5 door FR.

Cheers in advance,

Andy

I'd order Eibach personally. Top quality stuff. Here's a link - http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/uprated/eibach-pro-kit-springs/seat/leon-mk3.html

If you're wanting a 40mm drop then I'd personally go for the ST springs but as mentioned the Eibach Pro springs are a very good option if 35mm/30mm would be enough for you. Just to note you'll need to take off around 10-15mm from any quoted drop with you having the FR model.

I'm thinking about fiting VW Racing springs on my ST. Anyone fitted them on their Leon?

Are we talking lowering springs on standard shocks here?

I am always looking to do so but i heard and knew it won't be good to just put springs on standard shocks
