Lowering Springs

Hi everyone, so I’m looking to lower my Seat Ibiza fr 6J 2014 but I don’t know how much I should lower it and if I should get different mm springs as the rear is much higher than the front.
All I know is that I’m leaning towards getting 35mm because I can’t find more than that on the internet
