Thought id give a quick update. Its been supercharged, but aint running right yet. Needs a trip to Jonspeed to get it up and running as it should be. Its still nippy atm though. Pics pending decent weather

awesome. is the temp ok? ive heard of supercharging causing some overheating issues.

Temp is spot on at the moment, it just needs tuning and setting up properly. Looking at over 130bhp once done, hopefully nearer 150 Need some nice weather for pics first

Was it the eaton supercharger off the BMW mini?

Certainly was mate. Had to move a few things about to get it in like. The carb is now right at the front on the engine bay and th intercooler is bolted to the front. Will look cool as hell once we get a grill sorted that lets the intercooler peep out its got a fuel pump switch and everything now haha its like being in a race car
ps. may be getting a straight cut seqencial gear box aswell, in time

finaly got round to getting some pics been standing on the drive for a wile as unless its bone dry it just tries to kill you still loads to do

Thats a lovely mini, i owned seven over the years. be a good idea to underseal it and also get some cavity wax like dinotrol in all the internal cavities.
