lumpy Toledo question

Hi all

Ive a MK3 toledo (07 shape) and bought it recently for the mrs. I tend to find that since we have had it i noticed when idling at lights or coming to a stop the engine seems lumpy and car shakes enough to feel.

ive had a couple of guys in my office look at it and they dont see the issue but suggested adding a fuel filter and running some Redex through to see if this will help. It was serviced Sep 2014 so only done around 6k since and no problems.

any one have a suggestion or reasoning?

I wouldn't bother with the redex, from my experience it doesn't help much at all. What engine do you have and when did it last have a fuel filter?

not sure. it was serviced september last year. No receipts for it. Could this be an issue you think?
