M1 Motors?

Hey all,

Since my local dealer has now closed down, I am in need of a dealer nearby. I live in Central London and have been advised to go to Spur Garage in Wimbledon, or Hampton Court.

However, I have heard people mention the name 'M1 Motors'. Can someone please tell me who they are, and where they are based?

A bit further out is SMC SEAT Windsor in Datchet, but could end up a bit of a trek for you.

On a sidenote Spur Garage in Hampton Court are my local dealership and I can't recommend them highly enough, though I've got a feeling you'd probably get a better deal from Irfan over at M1.

M1 Autos

I know this should probably go into the 'Dealer' section, but I feel that more people will see it in this part of the forum and it is an important issue!

I need to take my Leon in to be fixed but I am weary that dealerships do not neccessarily enjoy doing work which is for things under warranty.

Can anyone comment on how good, or bad, the servicing department is at M1 Autos, or even comment on the dealership as a whole? Someone mentioned the name 'Irfan' to me but I have no idea what that means!

Irfan is a salesman at M1. He is on the forum every day. He offers first class prices and service to people on the board. He has a good reputation here but alas he is not a mechanic there.
