They are a sister company of TopGear.co.uk the wheel supplier that's been around for some time now. They have places dotted around the country, so they might not be as Micky Mouse as you think.

Could equally be cowboys though, so do some digging before handing over any cash!

They stole a pic of spaniels car to use on their website and the way it's worded was that they did the work - when he's never heard of them until he saw the website.....think that says a lot really....click on "who's max" and you get

dunno tbh, as i have allowed Milltek to use the image, but not these phonies.

You've just proved the point. You allowed one company to use your image. Just one. So you and Milltek both have every right to demand the picture is removed. You have the right, as it's your original image. Milltek have the right because you effectively handed over copyright by allowing them to use the image on their website.

You can't just threaten to sue them, but you can demand they remove the image. If they fail to do so, then you can threaten to take it further.

I did send them an e-mail asking them for stats of the car and what particular car it was etc....and whether it was them that did the work - surprise surprise no reply.....
