Yeah ive went from a 1.2 60bhp punto to the pd100 so its so much better and enough power for me at the moment, will get bored soon though i always do!!

Ill keep my eyes open on ebay for one then cheers:)

Id go for it coz it'll surprise a lot of cars and thats always fun when some1 trys to pulll away from you and your just lyk ehh.... dont think so lol, with that hybrid yod be rapido!!!

Did your punto actually move? I had a 1.4 77hp punto as a courtesy car this week and i swear i could put my foot flat down and nothing would happen, nothing! I had a 1.4 100hp ibiza and that felt much less nippy in 1st but would blow away the punto lol. Punto felt hollow and flimsy compared to the ibiza as well even though it's an newer design.

Yeah, takes quite a bit of time to get used to the power, coming from a 1.4 to my fr was a big step. But now i want more power lol!

Well was the mk2 punto i had, an 03 so was even worse lol:)) On motorway would sit with foot flat to the floor and still not really go anywhere, had to wait for a big gap to try and overtake haha was awful:( Going from that to the pd100 acctually feels so good, can acctually pass something if it gets in my way without worrying about a cyclist catching me:)):)):))

So tried to fit better LED sidelights today and this led to a major c**k up on my part haha!! Got passenger side done no bother but due to tricky location of drivers side i couldnt get the cover back on the back of the light and the metal clipped came off and dissapeared down inside the engine bay:(

Ended up with the wheel off and arch lining loosened off to get it back out haha:( Lot of effort just to fit a bulb:p !!

Picked my cupra splitter up today from my local dealer(Linwood) and should be fitted some point next week so will be updated with pics soon as:)

Also looking to get tints, was thinking 30% darkness on the front and 70%darkness on the back, Shall be getting done at Mr Tint in Glasgow, whats your ideas? are they a good company and will these tints look good?

And finally got a wee bit of money so coilovers are seriously being considered. Found these ones on another thread on here ... http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/fk-...-14tdi-cupra-fr-18t-19tdi-20-0202-p-7708.html

Are these any good? any replies much appreciated!!!

Yeah, about £300 for cambelt, maybe £100 for service, £115 for tax, £40 for Mot. Bad times :(
