Dont get me wrong the mate, but seeing the FR in seat showroom made me want it baaaad. I tried evrything possible to make me want it but i couldn't :-( But soon enough once i get mine re-mapped to 135bhp, then mayb i cud think ive got the fr lol lol lol

Yep, we remap the 100PD models for a local specialist, and he is convinced that the power delivery is better than the stock 130PD!!

Well i can tell you this is that i'll be coming to p-torque in the coming months as im located in wolves....not much of a journey The torque on the pd100 as standard is gr8 but cant imagine what its gonna be like after a re-map

you can but its really not worth it as the pd100 is limited by the internals so, therefore unless u want to spend big money more than just buying a 130. Hybrid isnt worth it

Wait till all the Pro DERV Tuners get on here...they'll throw stats and figures all over this thread @ T.Spark with his 200+ Bhp TDi machine...

Soon to be 250+bhp Anyway, the PD100 are a cracking engine, 5 speed gearbox helps out IMHO, my brother has the PD100 over in Spain, running around 135-140bhp and it is bloody quick!! lol

As its my 1st diesel car, i dont fink i'll ever return to a petrol car....and as for it being a cracking engine..i agree. soon to be even better after my re-map. Ive decided im going to get it done

Slightly old thread now, but we dyno'd our stage 1 software on a 100PD yesterday.

Results were 143bhp and 231lbs/ft of torque.

If anyones interested, I will post the Dyno graph up

I'll get it posted up.

The mapping actually smooths the engine out a little, making quieter on idle, but nothing hugely obvious
