Wow!! The car is an absolute hoot set the boost to 15 psi even the wife commented how faster it was.Seem to be getting a lot more burbling on over - run now. No fault codes at all either.

Ok tried it and it holds the boost brilliant but it's too high i keep getting fault code (below) (I started it on 40 clicks)
LG is saying 17.8 psi so i'll wind it down a few clicks and keep trying.
I have left the N75 in the TIP and plugged in my spare N75 to the plug

17963/P1555 - Boost Pressure Control: Upper Limit Exceeded
Possible Symptoms
Reduced power output
Limp mode
Possible Causes
Boost Pressure too High
Hoses/Pipes incorrect connected, disconnected, blocked or leaking
Charger Pressure Control defective
VNT (variable nozzle turbo): nozzles stuck
Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75) defective
Possible Solutions
Check Hoses/Pipes to/between Components
Check Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75)
Check / Clean / Replace Charge Pressure Control
Check / Clean mechanism for variable nozzles

Lee you were getting this code mate because the n75 deals with part throttle boost, using the mbc alone will just let the turbo spool up fully even at part throttle where the ecu is only requesting lower boost and should be seeing less airflow therefore causing a boost deviation code. You can normally on run the mbc instead of the mbc with a custom map i also think revo 2 is abit more lenient towards part throttle boost and max boost threshold i would always do it this way

ta, back home not one fault code and car is a beaut to drive, no more oscillating gauge :D :D
I know it's not the answer a "proper" remap is.

Well it's better just not as bad.but I can just feel it still .i got this turbo smart one from a friend . When u blow in it.it has a hole on the side of it were it vents so was not 100% on fitting it.lol

just fitted my forge unos, done it with the n75 unplumbed im on revo stage one and im holding 1.4bar constant its made a hell of a difference! befor i had a problem holding boost it would peek at 1.5 but drop right of to 1bar but now it hits 1.4bar every time all the time!
