Mib2 highs aka Seat Plus were optionally fitted to the standard Ateca to 2020. 2020 on Mib3.
Details of getting life long FeCs / check, see section "Mib2 High / Seat Plus Map Update". Some late models came with lifelong navigation FeCs other need some work on them via a retrofitter or DIY.

Suspect due to connected cars getting more timely updates as they have streamlined file generation from the base map data, the materiel can be produced much quicker from the "freeze" date, why we are seeing both mib2 standard and high release maps with the serial date releases that would be June in February. Freeze date is the same but production much shorter.
