MIB2 Update How to

Hi Every one,
I'm new here and have a question like others.

I have a Seat Ibiza Fr model and have a MIB2.
It's in dutch is there a update for it already ?? Firmware? Software?

And also I have ambient light in the car only now its standard white. I see options in the MIB2 but cant change any thing. Wouldn't let me.
Is there a tick for it to unlock it or somthing?

Only white and red are possible as door ambient lightning in de pre facelift Ibiza.
