Hi All

looking to get a non resonated Milktek gpf back exhaust system for my 290.
Question - will it pass/fail the MOT? Either on emissions or excessive noise if non resonated?

thanks

I've got no silencers on my exhaust and it's passed previously. The tester did make a comment one year that it is noisy but nothing more than that. If you've not messed with the CAT/GPF then I can't see why it would fail emissions.

Thanks. Maybe a daft question but does the GPF replace the CAT?
I don’t think it does - AFAIK cars with a GPF also have a CAT. The function of a GPF is to collect soot and a CAT reduces other harmful emissions in the exhaust gases.

Do you have the muffler? I see the Milltek has it but not the Remus GPF back.
