Hi, my car is completely stock right now and I was thinking of swapping the stock downpipe on my 2019 300 ST GPF to a pre GPF downpipe. Considering the car is stock, will i run into any problems such as backpressure with the turbo or anything else? Has anyone done it and if so is it a big job to do? Also wondering if this will fail MOT. I'm aware that I need to map out the GPF when removing it. Thanks in advance every answer will be very much appreciated.

You'll likely need the GPFs coded out via an updated MAP, although not 100% on that.

As for failing MOT, its a visual inspection only, so it would only fail if they know its meant to have a GPF fitted. So depends on how competent or thorough your MOT inspector is :D
