Interesting. This isn't something I've heard of before? I recently used the OB11 app to code a new battery to my car. Was a simple process and I assumed a safe one?
On the auto folding mirrors, it's not a feature I fancy. Yes, it looks kinda trick but you're running the mechanism every single time the car is started and stopped. Is it designed top take that? My son's left mirror packed in. Also, the car doesn't know if the mirror is frozen. It could be stuck solid, or even just stiff, but the motor is still going to try and fold it. I can't see that being good for the mechanism.
I only fold the mirrors when I think it might be a reasonable precaution, which isn't very often to be honest, but I can see the point if you park on a tight, busy street.

Please note, it has always been said that it can happen, but it doesn't have to. I have been a user of obd11 since it was founded, and the beginning was horrible. Now obd11 regulates it much more strictly to ensure that no rubbish comes out as an app. The standard things should all be free of errors by now.
Hi @cairus, is mirror unfold via ignition, rather than via unlocking possible on MK4 Seat Leon?
My 09 Central Electrics > Adaptation > Spiegelverstellung does NOT have the same parameters as in your post nr.4.
