Mirrors wont fold anymore

I have a 65 Leon ST. It has the function of holding the lock button, and the mirrors folding in.

A few months ago I bought a Carista dongle and set them up so they folded automatically, which worked fine.

Now winter is here, I have turned off the auto folding, but they now wont fold at all, even with the key lock button pressed.
Tonight I had a play with Carista, removed the function to auto fold them from the infotainment screen, set them so they should fold on holding the lock key, but still nothing is happening.

Am I missing something?
Cheers.

First thing to check is do they fold by turning the mirror toggle to the fold in position.

If that works, then next check if any of your windows don’t one touch open and one touch close.

If any windows don’t one touch open/close, that window needs resetting. You’ll find the instructions in your manual or by searching the forum. Involves open and holding them closed for a few seconds.

Once that’s reset it’ll work again.

If the first step doesn’t work or if the one touch close are all working then Carista seems to have broken it.

My windows work fine but my drivers wing mirror isn't working now & has gone quite loose & the passenger mirror is working intermittently. Any ideas before I take it all apart

Gutted. I'll have to look at it when it's dry again as the loose mirror feels like its off its mech or something
