Miss my Cupra K1... Shall I come back???

Hi all,

So... I owned the most amazing car last year and I unfortunately had to make the decision to sell my pride and joy due to a house move.

She was 'The Magic Dragon' for anyone that had seen my build thread or had met me at meets! Had her hitting a tasty 330bhp

I bought a VX220, totally different class of car. It's basically just a go cart.... Doesn't even have central locking or electric windows lol.

Now I'm faced with a dilemma. I miss my K1.

I've kinda decided that I don't care about the fuel consumption anymore if I get 4 seats and electrics - and I've thought long and hard about other car options and have to admit I'm struggling.

So.... I'm thinking. I've done the K1 thing so this time it'd just be a Cupra (can't actually admit I was wrong in selling and get the same car back!) but then potentially wrap it in a random colour to make it different - and then mod mod mod like before to get it purring!

Question is as per the title - shall I come back??

Go for it. There are a couple of K1's and several Stage 2+ Cupras for sale on here in the Seats For Sale section.

If I were you I'd get (or at least seriously consider) something different.

You want 4 seats and electric windows and don't care about fuel consumption? Get a VXR8. Or an M3/ some other fast 3 series. Or one of those shiny new Focus STs. Or a Volvo C30 T5. Or an RX8. Or an Astra VXR. Or a Mazda 3 MPS. Or a Megane. And that's a list off the top of my head, deliberately excluding VAG cars...

Anyway, point is there's loads of choice out there depending on your requirements. I'd look at all the competition before jumping back into a car that's basically the same as the one you had before. It won't be as good as you remember it.
