Please find appended below a schedule of the parts I think are not on my Formentor that Cupra advertise as being standard on the build.

1 - Footrest plate is in plastic not metal as in the picture of the right hand drive vehicle
and as mentioned on the YouTube reviews.
2 - Missing 230V power supply in the boot, which is described as standard across all
Formentor models, has been replaced with a blanking plate giving the impression
that it could be added. This is disappointing as this is the VZ model which is
supposed to have everything installed as standard - no optional extras.
3 - The under seat storage is not installed on the passenger and Driver's seats, but
again is advertised as available as standard on all Formentor models.
4 - The plaque denoting the numbered vehicle has not been supplied, but allegedly is
in hand to be supplied by the end of December.
5 - The Roadside Assist pack is missing
6 - The carpets are shown with Cupra Logo and carbon design, but the carpets
supplied are not as good quality as expected.
7 - From the reviews and what I saw from the Cupra adverts I expected there to be a
Subwoofer in the boot.

I have to admit that I feel I have been duped by Cupra and whilst the car is excellent these omissions leave the car being the poor relation to the Spanish and German cars advertised

I really hope this helps I have a lot of time spent and have information of changes after the fact they do not wish for people to no about I'm not shore what is going on as all the new cars coming in as all they need is a software update I can not really say that I think they are trying to pull the wool over your eyes

I compared October 2020 and December 2020 brochure.

1. Foot rest is not mentioned in any brochure, just sport pedals.
2. 230v socket is gone from December brochure. It was probably mistake, they didn't know it won't be installed in UK cars when preparing it.
3. There's no mention about storage under the seats.
4. No mention in brochures, I didn't see any marketing material, so can't comment on it.
5. There's mention of breakdown kit in cars without spare wheel. But I don't think it's the same as Roadside assistance kit (triangle, etc). Some of the brands don't provide it at all. What's the standard on other cars from Seat and Cupra?
6. No mention about any mats in brochures.
7. Probably demo car with Beats Audio which is not available in UK.

I think, this is disadvantage of ordering cars early, before demos arrive in the country. I found it annoying that first presentations in UK were done with Spanish cars with different specs.

Sadly, we never get the alloy footrests on the right hand drive cars, this goes back to the MK1 Leon days. I mentioned it in one of the video walk rounds recently (either the Formentor or the Leon). I think it's to do with the size being on the left there is more space as it's next to the wheel and on RHD the centre console. We could still have a smaller alloy one, but I don't think SEAT have ever bothered due to cost. There are aftermarket options though usually.
