Hi, looking to buy a leon fr tdi mk2, been using the forum for my mk1 and its been a great help. What im wanting to know is the things that go wrong with this model, reading about issues with the injectors especially, has this problem been resolved with better injectors? also any other things to look for, Cheers!

Apparently the FR steering wheel isn't good for steering with your knees.

I don't know whether you'd count that as a fault though, the idiot that posted it did.

If this forum is worth it's words, you will need:

- Mk2 Leon TDI, with the new CR engine (post-2009). Or an older one that has had the injector recall done. If not, work it in as part of a deal.

- Leather chaps or pants so that you can steer with your knees.

- A speedometer that goes far faster than your car can go

Thanks, regarding the injectors. Are the new ones revised or still of the same quality?
