Hello,

Ok so this question has probably been asked before but cant find the answer I need using the search function.

im looking into lowering my cupra. coilovers are out of the question as its a family car and I need the ride to be comfortable.

So far I have in mind:

Cupra r top mounts and all associated bearings etc.
and either shocks and springs or just a set of lowering springs.

after searching on various websites I have come up with these two options:

http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/wei...i-19tdi-cupra-19tdi-fr-19tdi-0999-p-1505.html

or

http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/vog...i-19tdi-cupra-19tdi-fr-19tdi-0999-p-4638.html

springs:

anyone had any experience of using these kits and if so what are your views/opinions, if anyone has any pictures that would be magic.

also I have read going lower than 35mm will mean needing to change the arb/droplinks, is that right?

cheers.

As said if it were me out of the 3 i would go for the weitec kit, heard good thing about it on here

Mr OCD on here had probs with vogland kit,the front shocks are too soft,he has done a write up on it

As for the arb you can go 40mm with no problems
