Hi all, recently purchased a Leon cupra r mk1 and noticed that the drivers floor and passenger rear floor is damp. From doing research i believe this is down to the door seals? How do I go about fixing this? Any help appreciated.
1) The pollen filter housing
2) The relay panel
3) The door panels
Most likely is #3.
Lots of guides out there, just use butyl tape rather than silicone because you'll need to get access behind the panel again at some point and silicone is an absolute nightmare in that case

Fantastic! My drivers side front and rear has been wet every winter for years. Had them sealed by a dealer previously but it cost so much I gave up looking at it again. This helps massively
Not hideously difficult, but is tedious.
If you do have to do the two square four inch holes in the front plenum, while you are there do the plastic screen wash pipes too.
Clear vinyl tube of various sizes, glue together beautifully with solvent glue used for plastic waste pipes.
