Hi everyone.
On January I hade to rebuild my gearbox on my Seat
Leon Mk1 ARL(there was a terrible noise on 5th gear) and then I changed whole clutch set with DMF from Sachs. Everything was ok for a month. After 2000kms I heard a rattle noise, when I depressed clutch pedal and shifted up. After few months the noise is very intensive and I took back my gearbox to specialist, who did the rework on January. Everything was ok, and I put back gearbox but nothing changed. When I depress clutch and bring engine RPMs to 2000 the noise is very heavy, so I am thinking about it a lot and in my opinion, the
problem will be in "clutch system" not in gearbox, because when I depress clutch gearbox stops. Can everyone
help me with this
problem?
I have another one noise on 3rd and 4th gear around 2000 RPM If I accelerate the noise is more intensive when I decelerate the noise dissapers. Every bearing in gearbox was changed, all wheel hub bearings too but the noise is still there.
Thank you. I have a link for movie for my first
problem, but I can´t post it.
The name of my video on ytb is Seat Leon FR 1.9 TDI 110kW clutch/ transmission noise
