Mk2 2.0L sport agg engine, won`t start

do you have a constant fast spark when your trying to turn it over? if not i'd go with crank position sensor. car parts shop sell bosch 1s for under £30

I'll recheck the spark quality tomorrow. I'm not averse to replacing the crank sensor in the interests of reliability anyway...

Exact same prob here... Can someone direct me to area of transponder box..
Do a need key ecu and box all from same car yes?

You can test the crank sensor (cps) via a terminal near the top of the engine.
