The Very Start
I Brought my ibiza back in april 2011, after driving it till september and wanting more power i decided to to put it away for the winter and do some work on it.
Iv gathered afew pictures by now so thought i would start an rr.

First was a few cheap things like calipers

Then fitted ko4 023 turbo, manifold, 3" forge intake, lcr maf houseing, n249 bypass, jextex

Then time to make room for the intercooler pipework
small washer in the wing think there is enough room for pie to come past if not will have to move it.

Next was to fit the intercooler i no these turbos put out abit of heat so wanted a large one and made it more cost effective if i was ever to go bt in the future. Although it is probably to big for the minute!

My map sensor tube came from forge today just waiting on all the rest of the pipe work to arrive hope fully tomorrow.

a little update,fitted my blueflame, got a set of prada spec 2's, aero wipers, ngk bkr7e plugs, service, and oil temp and egt autogages to go in a cupra r gauge holder. After haveing a nightmare by snaping a cheap ebay adaptor in the back of my turbo finaly got them fitted.

the first time its left my work since september last year thought i would give it a proper clean and polish for its mot.

And after half a tank of fuel going only 68miles its finaly back on my drive awaiting its remap on the 5th of march :D

did you need to get a different manifold and downpipe to fit or will the ko3 standard pipework fit?

Tryed scaning my graphs but no joy ill have to do it round my mates. So after going to jabba on the 5th and my fuel pump failing I returned wit a new lcr pump on the 15th. Realy happy with the result after they sorted out the boost by replacing the n75 as it was spikeing to 1.65 bar it got 271bhp wit 316 ft-lb peaking at 1.45 bar massive difference as it was standard before. Little worried bout rods now so might have to look into what's needed for hybrid k04 if I open the engine up.

O yes I ment mesh miss typing my bad! Ko4 hybrid will cost a lot just get yourself a gt28 pal!
