MK3 Rear Disc Upgrade - Compatability?

looking to upgrade the rear drum brakes on my ibiza to disc

i have a mk3 golf rear beam already just sat there, can i just swap the beams over? they look very similar at first glance

or do the stub axles all fit over? looking to go to 5x100 if i can

future reference

mk3 golf rear stub axles fit and allow use of disc brake on rear. whilst also converting to 5x100

just remember these will use m14 wheel bolts not m12 so you will need golf wheel bolts
