I've got a Leon SC 1.4 FR on order and I'm curious to know which battery is fitted to the MK3 Leon.

I understand that a gel battery is more suited to stop-start technology - does the MK3 have one of these?

Never looked at mine, its under the bonnet I know that much. But on my last car fitted with stop/start it had an AGM battery which I believe is the standard fitment for cars with stop/start.
