They can be fitted very easily. All holes are there. The hard bit is getting the glass and bonding out without damaging the paint.

Not that I've ever seen, but my windows were out when the car was getting painted. That's the only reason I know the holes are there
Perhaps euro spec cars had them?

I imagine they would be no good to me as the interior fittings will be grey and my interior is black.
I'd need to find a facelift cupra in the scrapper, or buy the fittings from seat, which is hy I've never tried it.
It may be cheap enough if I could drill the original glass, but the risk of breaking it is too high for me to attempt it
My pre-facelift 1.2 doesn't have pop out windows, it has a boot light though. Looks like SEAT are at it again

if i do it ill just buy the hinges & them little clip things that hold them open & them slam a brick through the windows & ring autoglass. windows dont affect your no claims so it would be the cheapest/easiest way to do it costing just the excess on insurance

Wrong. The hinges are black.
ive a feeling these pop out windows may have been an option when new on the older cars. as theres a 55 fr around the corner from me & it has them on it.
I use mine when its really hot, carrying the dog about or if someone farts in the front !

I'm the same Mick.. Have them on the FR, think I may have opened them once or twice, and that was only to get some dust off the ledge/clean the windows themselves.. other than that, Climate Control is my friend
