Hello.
I'm considering buying an Ibiza DSG (FR or Xcellence) and would like to know which version of DSG
box is fitted to the 18/19 mys, and particularly if it is the dry or the new, improved wet box.
Can anyone help me with that information please? Thanks.

According to the SEAT Europe website (as opposed to the UK specific one) it's the DQ200-7F.

Thanks all for your replies - it would seem then that the DQ200 has a dry clutch, regardless of what year it's been produced.
Unfortunately, it's the dry clutch DSG's which get the thumbs down from most pundits such as Honest John as regards reliability and durability.

Having driven this particular 7 speed (assuming dry) box 1.0TSI Ibiza, and previously a 6 speed wet box (2.0TDI). For setting off from a stand still, the wet (6 speed) box is much smoother. Once moving I don't have a preference.

I'd like to add that I have a mk5 1.0 EcoTSi 110 DSG. I have also driven the Mk6 1.0TSI 115 DSG. The DSG on the Mk6 is a lot smoother from set off than the Mk5. On the MK5 I could only achieve close to that smoothness if I have Esso 97 fuel in the car. Strange, I didn't think petrol would affect the smoothness of the gearbox, unless the minor stutters are engine (3 cylinder quirk) rather than gearbox.
