My PD170 started doing better MPG When it hit 40k then i added EGR Delete and it got even better!

Sounds like you need something between Stage1-2 mapping with DPF Delete

I've been hangin fire as I only bought the car in nov so wanted to get a feel 4 the car and check it was a good base B4 I started tincering .
I was thinking along your lines aswell , de DPF if it dont affect the mot and about 195-205 .
My bora was 197 but it pulled it's self to bits so I want 2 be more careful with the FR
