Mpg- What are you getting?

Over the last 420 miles my MPG is reading at just over 38mpg, not bad for a mk4 stage 1 20VT.

I have heard reports of people achieving better MPG after a stage 1 remap, maybe this is true then??

Or i just have a heavy right foot

I've got a 2007 TDi Sport PD100

I can get it to do 70MPG over a distance of 25 Motorway miles @ 60MPH

It'll do 50MPG on a motorway even when horsing it on a fair bit.

Yes the remap helps, although you might get through tyres quicker!

Got 62mpg average on the way home, but that's about 60% @ 50mph and some stop start.

Not enough overtaking opportunities to make it any lower
