Headlight bulbs are just h7 8k hid kit. The side light bulbs I got a while ago for a previous car but never fitted them. Ill have a look on eBay see if I can find them :)

Doesnt matter if its in projector headlights or not. Aslong as you adjust and set them correctly after installation its all good.

The only thing I'm being blinded by these days are new BMW's and especially new Audi's....

To be honest they are no brighter than the standard lights. I think it gives the impression they are bright from the colour of the bulbs

I agree! on my way to work this morning, there was an S3 behind me with the LED strips and Xenon's and it was just like someone with a HID kit driving behind me!!

HID's aren't all that bad! hater's gonna' hate.

I disagree. Whilst its wrong to tar everyone with the same brush, almost daily I come across idiots on the opposite side of the road with the blue-look bulbs dazzling the sh*t out of everything! What's more annoying is they're on the opposite side of the road and their lights should be aimed to the left, not hitting us on the othe side of the road?

The xenons on my Ibiza are auto-levelling so I couldn't dazzle people even if I wanted too, unless I drove around on full-beam! You'd expect the way more expensive S3 to have a similar system

One of the most common fails at the first MOT for many cars is the headlight aim.

That means three years of dazzling people before they are checked and corrected.

I have always had mine checked and set as soon as I buy a car.

yeah' I'd just like to point out the S3 was behind me. Maybe if it was in on-coming traffic like you said it would'nt be so bad with all those auto leveling gizmo's!! also I am retracting my statement of 'HID's aren't all that bad' a woman in a tacky done up corsa! with one light pointing left and one right in my eye's with a stupid LED strip accross the bonnet brighter than the sun itself was behind me for most of my journey home, the night I posted my previous comment!

When we pulled up at the roundabout just off the A1 at chester-le-street side by side I was going nuts and she didn't have a clue! just shrugged her shoulders stupid cnut.

Just put an air filter on to see if it would improve turbo noise and give a bit more grunt. Not really much difference but after a good run out with it today it's starting to sound better

I would have just kept' the stock air box IMO. you've more than likely lost power with the cone filter.
