I think it’s more the technology, captive touch shouldn’t be used somewhere it’s exposed to extreme hots and colds
And for a sunroof, it’s a poor design
I want buttons I can click
I don’t want to have to put my hand above my head and slide my finger back or forth to open my sunroof

2 points - 1st you shouldn`t have to take your eyes off the road to find the control to open or close the roof when a simple tactile rocker switch would do it, 2nd Cupra`s are made in Spain isn`t the climate there a little bit hot compared to some other countries or did they manufacture the Formentor only on the night shift?

Final update from Cupra UK is that now I’ve decided to sell the car, the complaint is complete, and nothing more for them to do!

Wonderful customer service! And won’t be rushing to purchase another vehicle after this that’s for sure!
