I know its not a SEAT but thought I post some pics of my Golf up and its history.

Its a derv and its pretty nippy!!

Smooted front and back bumpers
Genuine Votex bodykit with rear votex valance modified to fit 4motion tailpipes
Bootlid flushed (custom Passat 3 button keyfob pops the boot)

Flushed bonnet with debadged
Hatch infill blended into tailgate
US rear clusters
R32 OEM Xenon headlights with OEM 4300k bulbs, superwhite LED sidelights
R32 door mirrors
Phaeton roof aerial (colour coded) with Sat nav aerial wired to Kenwood headunit
Aero Wipers
50% tints

Wheels and Suspension

Genuine BBS RC 18x8J Alloys custom finished with polished face and black inserts. Centre caps removed and replaced with custom wheel caps
front 312mm / rear 256mm (vented) brakes with ferodo DS2500 pads
Genuine VW Racing (imported from Germany) upper / lower strut brace
Genuine VW Racing rear stress bar
Eibach sportline 50mm springs with matching Eibach shock absorbers


Interior

Full R32 Alu trim
Bora vents
Passat W8 roof light
Black R32 autodimming mirror with retrofitted rainsensor
Bora sport FIS (full screen) clocks with lit pointers and miles to empty
R32 Steering wheel
R32 Handbrake

What power are you running Rams ?

She made 249.9 bhp at AmDs rollers however after tweaking with the actuator, map needs tweeking!

Maz is using a similar setup to mine although I have some more bits which are out of sight from the missus (bigger nozzles, bigger turbo)
Kennys always got his hands full with our diesels!!

Mark / Stezo the mk4 golf dash fits the leon, i am pretty sure!! i actually have a dash somewhere from the salvage car i purchased!

H7 CYA: OEM is my choice of styling especially interior wise - i want everything to just work!!


Andrew.. thats impressive - 235bhp especially from those 170 engines - hear they can be a pain to mod!!, the new PD engines are in a league of their own!! will have a gander at your build thread in a tick... PD300 sounds lethal!







A few more little updates, engine mods are still in storage - not in a rush to fit the parts just yet as the car drives so well. Until something breaks, i will be leaving her as she is until then

these to do mods include a bigger turbo (a homebrew of the 2260vk) and R783 nozzles, SACHS clutch and OEM flywheel (its still running original setup)

Got brand new trim (glovebox, ALL centre console trim) as well as a r32 handbrake (cover and the actual handbrake itself)

interior is almost done

Also got a TT spacesaver (17") for those "just incase" moments!
