Well it's been almost 7 months since i updated this thread so thought i'd best add something to it

There's been no real mods carried out just general repairs and uprating of parts if required

The brakes have always been an issue with this car and i've never really been happy with the feel of them (random pedal travel no matter how many times i've bled them)
I've since uprated the master cylinder and servo to a mk3 20vt set-up which has cured the problem (think it was a dodgy servo causing the majority of it)

The silver ronals have gone off for a refurb in white and i've since got my hands on another set to tide me over till the good ones come back.

Finally i've recently replaced the wishbone bushes due to an mot advisory but have again fitted the lcr bushes like my ibiza runs

That's about it really, the cars just clocked over the 55k mark now and still going well, as much as i don't really want to spend any money on it i've still got this idea in the back of my mind about dropping one of my spare 20vt engines in it!!

im a little confused on this cordy, its on a 'X' but is it me or is that an earlier spec bumpers/grille???

EDIT: just re-read the first post!! :p looks really really clean dude.. get that 20vt in there...

..with a hybrid ;)

It's an ex Seat UK press/show car, build date was sep 1996 according to chassis number but it spent best part of 4 years sat in a compound/field somewhere doing nothing.

It was registered in Nov 2000 (hence the X plate) and someones been around it as it's been undersealed throughtout and had the door/boot seams removed and flushed.

As much as i want to 20vt it i enjoy driving it as a valver, and the fact it's only just hit 55k :)
