My Cupra App…driving me mad

Firstly just to let you know I’m completely new to this App thing with cars so please go gentle.
Picked up my new Cupra Leon VZ3 Petrol Estate last week and the dealer “did his thing ” with the App and I’m on there as the Primary user. I can see my cars location but I can’t lock/unlock which bugged me so I started fiddling. Turns out I was not “identity verified” so I went through all the prompts and did the photo thing. It asked me for my S-PIN which I didn’t know so went and did a new one and i am now on the Screen in the photo. I’m confused because I’m already the Primary user and logged in. Do I have to delete myself then re add myself as the Primary User, and if so does that entail adding information that I won’t have therefore requiring a dealer visit. Thanx

I appreciate it's a ball ache but you'll have to restore factory settings on the MIB with privacy settings to share data, then reassign yourself as primary user, you'll need both keys.

I also deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it before going through the process.
