yeah that works, normally i get a mate to just lift the arch upthen i stick under the trolley jack. When that fails ill use wood.

i dont think i could go that low at the front cos ive got 17"s. it rubs on full lock at the minute but im thinking of trying thosespring cups to lower it that bit more. will be in the money soon, found my dads old jaguar e-type gearbox and other parts in the garage and he says we can split them 50/50 so theyre going on ebay in the next couple of days.

What are spring cups? the things that go at the top of the suspension insde the car? i.e shorter rubber buff things?
Just get some fk coilovers you can get em for aourn 275 now the budget ones i think.

Where did you get yours from? I've noticed a massively wide range of prices from different people, can't work out why it varies so much
it varies based on, whether theyre just ride height adjustable, or ride height and damping...then theres if there stainless and dont rust or not...or if theyre not damping adjustable then how good are the springs etc..how much are they upraated...etc etc..normaly non damping adjustable ones claim to have 30% increased damping anyway.

someone mentioned them to lower your car hat extra 10mm-15mm i think they go a the top of the spring underneath the wing... have littl idea to be honest but might give em a try anyway, someone mentioned they were only 15 pounds aset too which cant be bad...

basicly theyre shorter bump stops then, but if u get shorter ones then i might a bit bumpier as theres less rubber to absorb the pounding? Give it a go ive seen them advertised in pvw for golfs etc.

hehe i tell ya what il measure it fro the ground tomrow morning and post it up..its pretty low asin.. you couldnt get a tennis ball under it
