I had my first rolling road at Rapid Chariots in Kent with quite a few members from SCN.

Quite mixed results on the rollers there (dyno lottery) but I would appreciate opinions anyway.

Here are the results:

Is that in standard form (no remap)?
Looks like a good run if it is. SEAT did a fine job of keeping power figure quotes a bit low ;)

When i first got the exhaust it took the ECU a good week to adjust and since then it quite happily revs to 5k without a massive drop in power like before.

Thank you BCM :)

Was a pleasant surprise, i think quite a lot of people there were shocked it hadn't been mapped. My only disappointment is that the torque didn't hold as well as I would have liked. I am not sure if this is normal for PD150's or whether it should hold better?

Do you have any graphs of your 170bhp golf BCM? I would be very interested to compare as mines no remapped with 170bhp potentially and your remapped with 170 bhp.....

Torque looks a bit odd, peaks, then drops, then peaks, then falls steadily!

BHP looks smooth though.

Good standard figures if you can excuse the dyno lottery!

Nice figures, do you know why the torque peaked, then droped, then peaked again?
If you were to get a remap then that should make it much smoother and it would also hold its power longer.
Our peak bhp figures are both at 4.1k rpm but peak torque is later in mine at 2,700 prm.

Thanks. I am not sure why it suddenly dipped and shot back up again. I been thinking its either a trait of the stock map or clutch slip? Only thing is cars clutch has never slipped so really not sure. Another RR is needed i think.
