Chaazza, without offending you are you sure you're doing the right thing by taking this all apart if you're not sure about how the cambelt comes off? Personally, if you do what I did and research a lot of this first I think it would be a wise move. Also a lot of this stuff has already been dealt with numerous times on here.
Not sure if I am doing the right thing but I'm still gonna try I like to learn new things and this is something is like to do iv got a haynes manual on route to me and iv done loads and loads of research just struggle naming some things that's why I might not sound as smart

As for manifold question I didn't look at your pictures. For ease when it's in situ removing the head with both manifolds still on is a much easier option.

The haynes covers alot, thats what I am using to rebuild mine.
But to be honest, most the stuff you want to be doing is just nuts and bolts. Just read the haynes first, do your homework, take your time and double check EVERYTHING before removing or re-fitting.
Ok so iv taken the head of now engine now pics to follow ill be removing pistons and rods this week
Iv been slow on what iv done recently as iv just been working none stop
Not buying any more parts to Christmas has gone now
Little update took my crank, rods, pistons and all bearings out now just got to order all the parts after Christmas and new year then I can crack on
I'm going to spray a lot of my engine parts to so they look better
