My Leon FR 1.8TSI DSG Monsoon Grey

Hi everyone,

In my first post I'd mentioned that I needed to take some pictures to upload... well now I've managed to get some!

Gave it a good clean last night, took it to the car park and took a few shots.

First things I want do are to get the aerodynamic pack spoiler, as well as blacking out the alloys, and getting more tint on the rear windows.

If anyone else has any suggestions I'd love to hear them!

Very nice I’ve not long picked up a 1.8 DSG too, loving the combo so far. Not sure what the official colour name is for mine, but it’s a red of sorts! I’m going to be putting some HEKOs on this week, thinking about getting the alloys done darker, not quite black though

Liking the shade of red there! I agree fully, the combo of the 1.8 DSG is awesome, I think if I'd have gotten the 1.4 it'd feel a little lacking.

It's funny you mention HEKO's as mine have just been delivered today! Will be putting them on later in the week.

I'll be looking forward to seeing how your alloys turn out when you get them done!

Yeah, I was fairly certain I was going to end up in a 1.4 in this spec, (albeit would’ve been decent still for me, they’re 2s to 60 quicker than the 2.0CDTI Insignia it was replacing). Stumbled across this one at the same dealer I went to look at the 1.4 at... just came in that morning... had to have it!

Nice ! I had to travel a few hours to get mine, gotta say it was well worth the trek up there, was a blast driving home on the M6
