Today i fitted the wiring for a amp and fitted a new jvc stereo, it was not easy at all. But i decided to make up my own wiring kit, i got 100amp power cable for the future for if im wanting to expand my sound system. Fitting through the car was quite tough i wanted it hidden under the engine bay.
So i unstalled it through the original gromet that the main wiring loom goes through, and then under the plastic wiring cover under the bonnet.
Then i brought it through to cabin then i fitted the main fuse behind the passenger side kick panel.

I got a friend to make me up two 5metre lengths of sheilded RCA cables with some lovely gold plated connectors only cost me €25.
Once i had fitted the wires i used some wire tidy to make it look neat under the trim.

I fitted the RCA cable through the centre of the vehicle, and then up the drivers side rear.

Secondary air blanking plate so I can remove the air pump and egr removal also do n112 removal and n245 removal and coil pack cover and turbo boost pipes.
Three 10w 330ohm resistors needed.
First I had to trim them down and make them up.
Then shrink rap them.

I wanted to keep the evap system at the mo cos of nct but wanted to take out the metal pipes so I put a new silicone evap pipe in
Forge blanking plate.

Hole measured and cut with a grinder.
Self tapers will do, but put the drive on a low torque setting so they dont round.

My old motor back up for sale. On adverts.ie bit for some reason he is look for way more than its worth since nearly two years ago I sold it for €3800
