But was any happy with my cupra alloys so back to the start

Help need opinions sprayed the alloy again bit still not sure think there to black now

i quite like it myself against a silver car but its down to personal opinion really. or you could put a very light dusting of a colour of your choice over the top of the black spray at distance and make it a dusting of colour then just lacquer over the top. as i say its all down to what you like.

Also found out that the coilovers are destroying the tyres so need some spacers on the front

Cheers an only took 2 days and then left a day so the paint hardened should leave it longer but my alloys are in such a state I wanted them on straight away

so been a while
not much really happening
i have a major service:
cam belt
warter pump
oil and filter
fuel filter
and hydraulic tensioner
but that not exciting
here how it stands terrible photo i know sorry

got this little toy aswell because my other one thought i was runnig 2 bar all the time haha


also go round to "attempting" the engine bay so clean it slightly and polished up the intake body



not my car related but this is my sister car and this is how the garage gave it to her after what they call "paint correction"


to me thats ruined no wasnt happy and did it my self

Car looks good mate! Love the engine bay. The intake housing looks sick. Can't believe the garage returned your sisters car in that condition. You got mad polishing skills though, looks completely smooth and really glossy. If you ever want some practice...... haha

Cheers it's on it way to looking how I want it and I know she came round to me and said this isn't right so I drove it there and kicked off but they where useless told her never to take it ever again

Yeah man, I like the blue and yellow together. You know your DV pipes did you make them up using universal fitting pipes? Only ask as I can't find a made pipe. Looks awesome man.

Yeah that sounds really bad, even if they offered to put it right you probably couldn't trust them! What products/equipment did you use to get it looking that good, if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah it's just universal eBay stuff and I used
Meguals shampoo with a two bucket method
Snow foam and rinse
Poor boys soft clay bar
Megauls compound
Meguals scratch 2.0
Dodo juice ( the black one lol )
Then just iron-x on shell with dressing

And I'm not my friend want to though haha

Ah snow foam is the shiz. Jesus man that is a lot of product, certainly proves their self in the final finish though. Will get googling
