Quick update...
Had the clutch done as i was told it was on its last legs even if the car has only done 56,000 miles..
went to local garage which were really helpful and even showed me the old one... it was bad!!
Paid £250 for the lot including labor and VAT not bad at all... now i just got to get used to it as ive been driving it with a overly stiff clutch. now it just like a leaf!! :)

still looking around for some nice Cupra alloys but have not seen any on ebay for a while:(
ill have to keep looking
when i do get them the modding with commence:D

Get some updated pictures up!
Also, a small and fairly cheap mod that you could to is spraying the badges black or colour coding them?
I recently had my front and back badges, bump strips and wingmirrors colour coded, looks much better!

okie dokie mate ill take some cheeky ones when i get home :D

how easy/how much to colour code you bump strips?
i have dont my wing mirrors already

The place I went to did it for £20 each. They're a bit expensive though, and apparently my paint is expensive too.
I reckon if you go to the right place you could get it done cheaper.
Are your badges sprayed?

sounds pretty reasonable seen as though they are done properly:)
na they are completely standard although i do like the carbon wrap ones :D

Yeah could have been worse.
Do some carbon wrapping on the badges then!
Or get them colour coded as well, it's something different as what usually happens is people wrap or spray the badges black. You have a nice coloured car for colour-coded badges imo!

stubby aerial replacement:)

very small update... been a while

been ages since ive been on here not that much of a update as been sort out any mechanical faults every thing in the bay is running sweet.. i had some alloys fitted VERY RARE MIMs 15x7j need to refurnish them a little and also make centre caps as I don't think ill be able to find any as they at retro wheels.. (think they were in production 15 years ago.. however suit the car well.

updates to come fitting some coilovers and smaller tyres with a small stretch .. change the back lights i hate them.. and buy my mates beige VR6 lether seats off him .. :D

im sure the one i have is rubber ??
 Really not. Kick it. Its plastic. If you don't want to put mesh in, you''ll just end up with something like mine (see my RR)
Needs Lows +Spacing, then will win
Smaller tyres are definately needed mate.. What width are you going to run for stretch on a 7J wheel?
Sounds like you have some good plans mate :) VR6 seats will be insane :)

Smaller.......Tyres............

All in all though, can only add to the existing comments. Looks lovely mate, and even more so in the Imp. blue :D
